Let’s stop there. Are you kidding? Renard joined a terrorist organization, held Nick’s son and girlfriend hostage, and told Nick in the same office a few days earlier that the only way for “true progress” was the killing non-wesen. He tried to bribe Nick to join BC by saying he could have whatever he wanted and when that didn’t work, used the police force in an attempt to kill Nick. So, tell me, how was Nick “completely out of line”? Didn't he show Renard enough respect?
Well...let's keep going there for a moment. It was Nick who wanted his job back and wanted to work for Renard. I can't speak for anyone else but most people don't show a smart-assed mouth to a boss who could literally (and within the confines of the profession) make Nick's life on the job a living hell. You can't argue that Nick didn't hate Renard. That is obvious. Likewise, you can't argue that Renard didn't hate Nick. Also obvious.
So you can carry on about what Renard did, but it all comes down to one thing.....Nick works *for* him.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
