The way I see it, the claim that Greenwalt & Kouf are morally indifferent is based on a combination of (1) lack of knowledge about the material the show was based on (Witches are known to use sex in spells), (2) ignoring the context (Nick being a Grimm and heroes having to do stuff to fight evil), (3) twisting the storyline (argue that Kenneth was a victim) and (4) insisting on stuff being immoral, despite others not seeing it that way (like Adalind having sex). A few "controversial elements" (like the kidnapping of Diana) doesn’t mean the show in general or the writers where morally indifferent.
