I'll agree with you that wesen come in different personalities. That was clearly shown in the pilot episode. But what was also shown is that none of them from Adalind to the man in the precinct to the Hulda to Monroe showed any fear of Nick (or in the case of the Hulda, fear of Marie). This despite the different personalities you pointed out. It's not me who's seeing wesen as having a single stereotypical reaction to grimms. It was clearly portrayed in the pilot episode.
With subsequent episodes there was never anything to indicate why the writers felt some wesen should all of the sudden be fearful of Nick. It's just the way it was, and to me, going by my first impression, it was inconsistent.
And as you yourself know and have often pointed out, story elements were changed in Grimm. They weren't always done for logical reasons, at least that's what I have gathered from your own posts. So we agree to disagree here.
