"Juliette's gleeful arson of Aunt Marie's airstream, containing the accumulated wisdom and weaponry (including Nick's Super Soaker) used to fight Wesen, ranks up there with the burning of the Alexandria Library."

IMO, this act was three fold.
1st, I agree, it was an act of twisted revenge.
2nd, it reduced the ability for Nick to kill Wesen, including herself (in her own mind), since she was now an "accidental side effected" made Wesen Hexenbiest.
3rd, It kept Nick and the gang busy to guarantee her underhanded access to his laptop to set up and trap Kelly for her demise.
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
