I don't see grimms as all that affable that they want to share resources. Is it feasible that grimm A would travel a great distance just to log his/her experience with some strange wesen into grimm B's book? What happens if grimm B has taken the book with him/her? This is what I mean. These books don't seem to be designed as a common reference among grimms.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
