Where did that come from books of 5 "lineages GRIMM?.
Nebojsa's trunk, which they got through Uncle Felix, contained three keys, which suggests that Nebojsa might have had the legacies of three grimm families in his possession. However, it's impossible to say that for sure, because it's a lot easier to hand off a key than a collection of books and weapons, and because at one point the royals supposedly had three keys, one of which had to have been retaken by some grimm to become one of the five that eventually ended up in Nick's hands, and we have no way of knowing what happened to the rest of the stuff that went along with that key.
So Nick might not have all the books that belonged to the holders of the five keys he held. OTOH, Nebojsa could also have had the the belongings of the holders of the two keys the royals had, which would have meant that Nick had the ancient inheritances of all seven grimm families. And then there's the grimm Trubel ran into working for HW; who knows what that one's got squirreled away?
Not only did the books Nick received from his Aunt Marie had logged incident experienced by other Grimms, instead of just the ones that preceded the Kesslers. The same tell tales continues in the books the gang was referencing after they acquired the 20 books from Uncle Felix, which were clearly from the lineages, of more than one Grimm.
The facts that there were only 7 keys created by the 7 Templar Knights whom sacked Constantinople and Nick has 5 of them, leaves me to believe, he Royal's claim of having 3 Keys was when Sean had the 3rd one ,which he gave it back to Nick.
Face, maybe, me and you should hod "Grimm Studies" on this forum just like they hold Bible Studies to explain what the "Written Word" means. The only differences is, for the "Grimm Studies", we have video proof to revert back to.
I have all 6 Seasons at my finger tips on DVD and on Amazon Prime. Can someone tell me, in which episode, the Royals claim to have 3 keys, excluding the short time, Sean had Nick's key?
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
