To which Juliette say he missed, and that is fine with Nick. This after the getting hit in the head with the pepper mill excuse. Makes you forget Nick is a detective.
Quote: He could have taken a lousy minute to inform his mom, "Hey if you hear from us again, make sure its me". Me and Juliette broke up and guess what? She is a Hexenbiest. That is the same question I ask about Adalind. She was looking for Nick to save her, yet telling Nick his mother was in danger was not important.
The writers did not need to have Nick and Adalind be inactive to get the results they did. On two occasions they made them inactive, there must be a reason. Consider this, the minute either is shown to acknowledge Kelly's being in danger. The writers would have to deal with Julliette involved with the danger. At the least introducing Kelly's danger would counteract the plausible denial. Which is why do they hold the narrative or hold the continuity. They held the narrative of plausible denial.
IMO, writers write, they don't conspire to make things too intricate on this type of a show. To me, Adalind believing Juliette would turn against Nick, let alone foreseeing Kelly showing up in Portland by Juliette's betrayal is way too much complicated planning.
To me, that would be the conspiracy of the writers going out of their way in creating a situation. How we saw it on the screen is more of a natural sequences of events for us normal people.
Given the history of Nick and Juliette known to Adalind, she would never fathom the series of events as they occurred on the screen. To me, if the writers went out of their way to create an outrageous series of events was how Juliette reacted. Having Adalind the ability to foresee Juliette's actions would be beyond ridiculousness.
See, I can be just as intuitive and look deeper that what we saw on the screen. To me, its not worth it, Takes too much energy. IMO, TV, Movies, Plays are there for escaping the realities of life not to create more difficulties. Life and work is intricate and challenging enough This is why I choose the easy way out on whats on the screen instead of making it my life's work in divulging in all this "writers intent. In the end, a better word to describe your term "writers intent" is "guessing"!
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
