Remember, she wasn't only kidnapped. She was beaten and no doubt chemically altered so that she would fit within the HW methodology. HW wasn't trying to save her because they understood what she was going through. They wanted her powers. Morally speaking, was HW really the good and benevolent organization aimed at protecting wesen? Not one bit.
I think it's very interesting that Marie's warning to Nick about dumping Juliette comes up again and again as a topic of discussion. But Henrietta's warning to Nick, which was to stay out of her way, just gets ignored.

From the limited background we have on Juliette, I always was under the impression Portland was her home. Why should she have to leave it because she becomes a hexenbiest?

Juliette saw herself as a monster because the people around her saw her as a monster. Most of that was due to Nick himself. Not one of the scoobies went to see her once they got word she was a hexenbiest. They stayed away from her. Why? Because of Nick. If he sees Juliette as a monster, the scoobies see her as a monster. There's no middle ground. He leads them. They follow him.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
