I don't really think that was the decisive moment. Juliette had already made up her mind about them being doomed. Unlike Nick who didn't take Marie's advice about breaking up with her, Juliette took what Henrietta said to heart and let that guide her towards her breakup with Nick.
I don't think any less of Juliette for breaking up with Nick. Anyone is welcome to end a relationship for any reason they deem fit. Nobody should feel obligated to stay in a relationship they feel is doomed. It's much better than continuing a relationship that's only going to get more sour as it goes along.
That being said, the relationship was over even if that was the decisive moment. Juliette wanted Nick to react exactly how she wanted immediately. No relationship will survive an ultimatum like that, at least not healthy ones. That is such an unreasonable attitude to have and no partner should be expected to put with it. It actually furthers my position on Juliette already ending the relationship because she didn't want to be proven wrong. That's why she immediately walked out. I think Juliette would've done the same had Nick kissed her corpse-looking face reluctantly.
