Adalind was angry with Renard in season 4 and season 3 not just season 5 and she had every right to be mad at him she handed her daughter over to him to look after and he give her away.
Robyn, is correct She should be equally mad at Nick and the gang off course but as ,Claire Coffee, explained in an interview her and Nick had done a lot on each other but they had Kelly to feed and care for and nothing else mattered thus they put their past aside. Adalind had sexual assaulted hank and nearly killed Wu and they Protected Adalind and helped her. Nick had protected Adalind made sure no one had taken Kelly from her, despite her trying to kill his friends and aunt in the past as well as sexually assaulting him. He also forgive her for taking Kelly from him as he understood she was just protecting her children. Nick also tried to get Diania back for Adalind in season 4 episode 22 and apologized for not succeeding.
Renard meanwhile in the past few seasons took her daughter then refused mutiplie times to help get her back. Then he finally tells Adalind about Diania months after Meisner informed him of her situation, but he only tells Adalind about Diania beacuse he is looking to black mail her. Renard then gets Diania finally but gets her involved in a terrorist organization then along with Boneparte forces Adalind to join them as part of a fake family or else they will hurt her children. Apart from doing all that Renard also tried to have Adalind murderd by Juliette in season 4 and allowed Boneparte to choke her to near death in season 5.
Robyn, if you really don’t understand why Adalind was able to forgive Nick and the gang and not Renard then I really don’t know what to say. You are perfectly correct though the show should have at least addressed Adalinds feelings on the gangs involment in the kidnapping and probably didn’t for story reasons.
