While you have gone through the trouble of defining the terms, "accomplice" and "accessory", you still have not conclusively proved, without a doubt, that Juliette actually participated in Kelly's murder. If you were able to, you would have done it years ago instead of continuing to try to plead this case.
In fact, there is no way to prove either. There isn't even a way of tying Kenneth to any of this. As I stated earlier, Nick's house has been scrubbed, there is no body, Diana is gone, and the person who's accused of being a murderess has disappeared.
Your post is just more evidence that you have no regard for law or justice. You have admitted that Juliette was guilty of betrayal but fail to understand how the betrayal and her other verifiable contributions were essential to Kenneth and the Verrat to perpetrate the crime.
The legal definitions of "accomplice" and "accessory" were written by experts. The factual evidence remains available as streaming video of full episodes, verbatim transcripts, episode summaries, etc.
The facts were presented years ago by these sources and by myself and other members of Grimm Forum.
The volumes of facts represent a preponderance of evidence. Your opinion ignores the factual evidence and shows disdain for law and justice.
This scene is exemplary:
Quote:Kenneth: May I present Miss Juliette Silverton, without whose help this would not have been possible. Juliette, this is King Frederick Von—Kenneth makes it clear that her "help" was key to perpetrating the kidnapping and murders. The King confirms Kenneth's promise that she will be "well taken care of" as payment for her contribution to the crimes.
Frederick: That's plenty. I cannot thank you enough. You will be well taken care of.
It is an absolutely established fact that Juliette aided (email, phone call, house tour, neighbor data), abetted (fornicated Kenneth), and counseled (discussed Nick) Kenneth in the commission of the crime. She is the very epitome of an accomplice and accessory.
Not only do you chronically show acute disdain for law, justice and factual evidence but take pleasure in simply being disagreeable.
