I think Juliette was frustrated with Nick a lot of times for good reason. I even think she had good reasons for thinking he was cheating in the earlier seasons because I felt like Nick did his part in contributing to why she felt that way even if not intended.
I don't think Juliette viewed Nick's lifestyle as a form of cheating on her since she assisted him pretty much as soon as she could once she was clued in. She even inserted herself in places where Nick didn't ask for her help and this is not a shot at her to be clear.
It's funny what happened as a result of Adalind sleeping with Nick considering Juliette had joked "this is your one and only chance to have an affair with my blessing" when she used the spell to take Adalind's form. That was a tough scenario where she took the initiative to make it fun and exciting.
It's a shame that all of Juliette's insecurities were amplified once she became a Hexenbiest.
