I think what Juliette hated was two different aspects of Nick sleeping Adalind. One was that he couldn't tell it was her which may have made her feel less special and the other is how much he clearly enjoyed it. We've already talked out about how much he was beaming during their drive to the wedding.
If Grimm were that type of show, Juliette asking Nick "how was it?" after she slept with him as Adalind could be seen as competing. It wasn't because it was more playful and general curiosity on her part but a big part of me really wanted Nick to answer that question.
The first time I watched that scene I thought she was saying she knows he liked it when she said it was good for both of them until it was pointed out she was speaking on behalf of herself and Adalind to mess with Nick.
