Take the police station. Remember she is confronting the women that conceived a child with her boyfriend in their bed.
In the bar. The guy buys her a drink then expect her to spend time with him.
She burns the trailer, after Nick stayed with Adalind and sent her away.
In the spice shop. each act was in response to something one of the group did.
AS for Kelly the operation was to get the kid. There was collateral damage
Yes in real life any of these actions would get you arrested. From the point of the show, where they excessive responses. That depends on who you see as the villain. Remember each thing she did was in reaction to something.
The same could also be said about Adalind. Each things Adalind did was either to achieve something or in response to something that was done to her. The only hexenbiest that was shown to be bad was Bonapart. This view changes if you judge Adalind and Juliette actions based on real life. But this is a show where the wesen world lives by one rule, survival of the fittest.
Even Sean would not be considered the bad guy. At first it was all about getting the key. Plus Nick is a Grimm and he and Adalind are wesen. Even with BC, they had a point. There argument was they are stronger then humans but are forced to hide who they are. Sean siding with BC not only helps with his survival, it also appeals to his being a zauberbeast who are at the top of the food chain.
The writers make a point to show Monroe's position to be very unique within the wesen world. Week after week we see wesen being wesen. How many times have we seen a wesen do something that Rosalee explains that is their nature, yet as humans we see it as unacceptable. The big question is are we watching a show about wesen trying to be human, or is it a show of wesen living among humans. Considering Monroe is the only wesen we see trying to be human. I would say it is a show of wesen among humans. Meaning the wesen will be wesen and you should not expect them to be any different. A wesen being a wesen does not make them bad.
I have no clue on what show you were watching or what episodes you missed out on. Juliette confronted not just Adalind in the police station but she also threaten Nicks child, that was conceived by him in a woman that looked exactly like Juliette.
Plus the fact, as many of you excuse her behavior, since her relationship with Nick ended. You cant have it both ways. Was she on a break or not? She had abandoned Nick and screwed Sean to what looked like revenge sex. and then she expected Nick to take her side? Can you really think that was a fair assessment of her justification to expect Nick to back her up to Kill the mother of his child? In what world is that considered fair?
For what ever reason she walked out of the house and dumped Nick, the facts were, SHE DUMPED HIM, weeks before the station scene. There is a name for any man in the same situation which would back up Juliette. Those type of men are called, cuckold.
As for BC, I guess I must have missed out on their democratic rise to power, while you must have missed out how they were planning on taking over the world. Not just by killing Humans, that got in their way but also killing other Wesen.
For a guy claiming to be so intuitive, besides your words,
Quote:But this is a show where the wesen world lives by one rule, survival of the fittest.I guess you also must have missed out on the "writers intent" giving the show's world wide Wesen population was a small minority, not a majority
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
