In your opinion.
No, in the eyes of the law.
Based on what evidence?
I'm interested in the debates we have about the court of law but we know Renard is guilty. This isn't the real world where we don't usually have videos of crimes being committed. We know who's guilty because Grimm is a very straightforward show. We saw Renard being the mastermind behind Adalind's actions in season 1. He even provided the blood Adalind used in the cookies. Whether he's found guilty in a courtroom or not doesn't make him any less accountable. I don't even know if Adalind would be found guilty since she used a spell.
You've declared Wu being poisoned as Adalind's mistake. Adalind's mistake is Renard's mistake since she was acting on his behalf. His henchwoman messing up and nearly getting someone else killed is on him just as much as her. Renard could very well get more time if Adalind testified against him. Remember what Hank said when Adalind was going to commit perjury in Trust Me Knot. He said something like people want to believe you when you're that pretty.
