The child bride angle understandably brings up disturbing imagery but I really don't believe there's a sexual component in this instance. I shock myself saying that because of the way this show has handled sex in the past but it honestly didn't cross my mind when I read this headline. I think Diana is wanted for her power and not for mating. I don't think that will be insinuated in any way on the show. I doubt NBC would give the green light for this storyline even if the writers writers wanted to do it which I don't think they do.
I remember seeing a little girl being promised to a grown man on The Tudors. That was all kinds of gross, especially when the man was introduced to his future bride after the girl was walking on a table. But that was an acceptable storyline on The Tudors and Grimm won't do anything of the sort.
