Before she went to the mansion, I'd say no she wasn't in a similar situation as Juliette. Juliette went through A LOT of stuff, not just threats which is what Adalind got from Conrad at her office. At the loft she was safe, only Diana fake calling her as Sean gave her an ultimatum, she left Nick not because she wasn't safe but wanted Diana back, feared something happening to Kelly and Nick since they were what stood in BC getting what they wanted. It not the same thing as Juliette.
She could have locked herself up at the loft and no real threat would have come to her because nobody knew where her and Nick lived at the time but Nick worked and thus he was exposed and if she chose not to go to the mansion, they would have gotten to her at the office if she chose to keep working, which I don't think she'd risk, since that's where Conrad approached her. Sean had no idea of where she was, he only had her number, which could easily be discarded. Adalind hasn't really been afraid for her life. She's afraid of something happening to Nick and her children.
