Sheesh.Despite my extreme dislike for Nick's relationship with Juliette in the earlier seasons, I still enjoyed the show. This soap opera triangle nonsense is not fun to watch in any way. I don't understand what's so hard for the writers to write him in just one relationship whether it's Adalind or Juliette and be done with it. It's the adult thing to do but we can't ever have that on this show.
This, plus the insistence to continue with WotW stories instead of making a concerted effort in building up to the big show down with an actual big bad that's still a mystery 8/13 episodes in is my biggest disappointment with the season.
The only thing I took out of this episode is that Nick is inconsequential to pretty much everything. He literally did nothing to progress either story, the WotW or the symbols plot. Wu could easily take his place as Hank's partner and Renard can solve the symbols mystery faster than the scoobies combined so what is really the point of this season other than a waste of everyone's time?
