Viktor used Stefania as a the broker. Viktor, as far as I can remember came to some understanding with the Resistance when Meisner took Diana. I don't think he personally cared one way or another, He was doing what his uncle demanded and was practically demoted/cast aside for Kenneth. Unless he suddenly decides he wants his young cousin for the powers she possessed, he stay gone. The Royals, particularly Sean's family didn't strike me as the loyal to the very end kind. Even Frederick was ready to kill his own son for Diana.
I don't think Kelly is worth a passing thought for the Royal family and in the tradition wesen community, he could be considered an abomination deserving of death because nobody knows what he is. If the Royals were to suddenly show an interest in him, it would be as a means to control Nick/Adalind, to them, without any visible sign of extraordinary abilities like his half sister, he's useless.
Regarding Kelly's maternity, if they changed it now I'm sure the writers would try to milk it for everything it's worth, amping the drama, not between Nick/Adalind/Juliette like we are seeing but around those two women and Kelly. However, Eve hasn't shown any attachment to baby Kelly nor have we seen her interact with him and she's been living at the loft for days. The only time a connection was made between them was always circled back to how Nick and Juliette missed their chance more than it was about Juliette being Kelly's mother. Kelly’s just a physical representation of what could have been and not what actually will be. It's like he's a point of reference for Juliette to mark where things went wrong between her and Nick, however incorrect that thought is.
Do think it is possible that Kelly in the future went into the past was stuck there unable to finish his mission so he created the cloth and stick?
Who do you think created the stick and the cloth about Diana, Eve and Nick and knew about the future?

Yes it is not legal to sell a child. But that still does not stop them from making the claim. If nothing else some one show up with a signed contract you sold your child. I am sure the next stop would be jail. You make this long post about her changing her mind. Adalind accepted payment and made no attempt to resend the deal. Now for a question do you see this happening with 5 episode to go? I don't isn't time to add this to the mix. I see maybe Juliette telling Diana that she had to think about her safety and thought HW would better able to carry on. Leaving what happened to Kelly and open question.
I can not imagining Diana being happy looking at a contract her mother signed in blood selling her to the Royals. Let's not forget it is a magical contract. What's not to say if executed Diana would have no choice but to go or suffer some magical consequence. What if the guy in the mirror is holding the contract.
Why are they dropping hints about things that happen seasons ago without a reason with only 5 shows left?

That is what I thinking except they offer her to pick which child to give to them. What will she do? What if the consequences can go to another child without powers?
Adalind doesn't pick the child this is not Sophies's Choice the royals or whomever it states in the contract take Diana its that simple at least as far as we know
My understanding no one saw the contact but the spirit creature and this is the first time we are dealing with so much with spirit-like creatures who could have the contract.
Not seeing Kelly because the contract was for a royal child.
