We have seen them create situations only to drop them in the next episode. This may be another one of those cases.
The fights I see that being discounted by the spell causing the aggression. Unless it turns out that Eve declaration was not Eve. but something possessing Eve. I am thinking it will be something they will be working on how to deal with. But before they can address the issue. Eve will end up in the hospital. I also think this will be something Nick knows but Adalind does not know. Adalind will be dealing with the fight which NIck will want to take Adalind side but will hesitate because of the declaration which Nick will not be able to tell Adalind. This leads to conflict based on miscommunication.
