Quote:Sean hasn't exactly expressed sincere concern for Kelly either. That wouldn't be a reason for Adalind choosing Sean over Nick and I don't know why what Conrad said to Adalind is foreshadowing of anything, especially where it concerns Adalind's relationship. If you look at it objectively Adalind and Sean work better as a couple then Adalind and Nick.
Adalind has already place her children's welfare over Nick. That's why she went to the mansion. Adalind can love Nick while still prioritizing her children. Nick even said he understood why she went to the mansion.
Nick has no idea what it means to be a hexenbiest. That means he has no idea what Adalind or Diana would be dealing with. Unlike Eve who has lived as a normal person and hexenbiest cultural norms are not part of who she is. Adalind knows nothing but the life as a hexenbiest.
From the standpoint as many people see it. Nick would be better as raising Diana as a normal child. Problem Diana is not even close to being a normal child. If it was not for Diana I could see Adalind living a life as a normal person. She could work at learning to be normal. I am just not sure how long she would be able to stick with it. Just like when she lost her powers, she had a really strong desire to get them back. But to deny Diana from being who she is. To have to have Diana suppress what she is and can do. That would be impossible. That is like having a kid with a talent that the parents forbid them from doing because it goes against their culture. Most if really good end up rebelling and doing it anyway.
You also have to remember Adalind had feelings for Sean. It is his actions and her fear of not trusting him that has her not wanting to have anything to do with him. Even with that she has tried twice to reconnect with Sean. the first time he took Diana. The second time he turned her down. The question would Sean even want to be with Adalind. He has never really shown to have had feelings for her.
Embrace your inner Biest..... We all have one
