All I was implementing was; The memories, thoughts, feelings, emotions..etc, they were all part of Juliette, they all belonged to Juliette and not the Hexenbiest in her. Juliette on the human side was not able to control her new powers with her strong boiling emotions. It is not that the hexen side took full control over her as you said- No. Yes, her news powers gave her some clarity, viewed the super natural world differently, she felt invincible and she enjoyed its power. Thats all I meant.
From now on, I'm just going to pick out one thing and discuss it. These back and forth quotes just take too long, and I know they do for you too, Purity. Since you did understand this one, let me clarify because this is actually the premise of my argument.
I simply see the explanation unbelievable that Juliette's emotions were so ramped up by the hexenbiest that she could not control them. For example, because of out of control revenge, she burned down the trailer.
And I'm going to change my thoughts because now, more than ever, I don't believe the person's past, thoughts, emotions, or anything has anything to do with the hexenbiest.
You like the character of Adalind very much and hope she will win Nick. Why you want her to win him, I will never know, but I see it in your posts. I also see a keen defense of Adalind. I believe you were one of the people who said she murdered Marie of love for Renard.
I don't believe Adalind murdered Marie out of love for Renard.
It was Adalind herself who gave us a glimpse firsthand into being a hexenbiest. She told Rosalee that Rosalee didn't understand what it was to be a hexenbiest. How it makes her (meaning Adalind) feel or think.
That tells me something else is in control at the steering wheel of her brain. That something else gives Adalind the memory of murdering Marie. But she doesn't have any remorse, any regret, she isn't even bothered by the fact she didn't know Marie in the first place.
I hope you see what I'm saying. There is no Adalind when the hexenbiest is in charge. There is only Adalette.
It's the same with Hexenette. There isn't a Juliette bubble in there somewhere, saying, well I'm going to be vengeful at Nick, because I know it will be so uncontrollable and I can then burn the trailer. There is no reason. It's just the hexenbiest, taking the controls and burning the trailer. It very well may be that the hexenbiest was buying time and so burned the trailer. But there is not a thing against Nick or the scoobies that would lead her to do it. Kenneth wanted Diana. The hexenbiest agreed to get him Diana.
If Adalette, the hexenbiest, departs the body, Adalind the person is left behind. I suspect that if Evette left the body, Juliette would be dead because there is nothing of Juliette left.
I am convinced more than ever that hosting a hexenbiest is right along the same lines as Nick having a zombie or Renard being possessed by Jack the Ripper. The only difference is a memory of the event is housed in the host's brain. Adalette remembers murdering Marie, but isn't bothered by killing another human whatsoever.
That is, until she becomes human herself. I can tell you that now that the hexenbiest is back, she's back to not feeling a thing about murdering Marie.
And this, in itself, goes back to izzy's question. I find it absolutely outrageous that the males in Grimm are given a Monopoly get out of jail card on this one, while the females are not. *They* are forced to express regret for their crimes even though they really had no control over what they were doing. For Juliette this just goes beyond outrageous to me. Unlike Adalind, she did not take on the hexenbiest. There was no moment of decision where the hexenbiest hovered over her and then went in. She got stuck with it. Absolutely outrageous injustice to this character.
