And maybe on the other side of the garden Nick is carrying a big staff and letting the wesen know that things are going to be different from now on because there's a new Zerstorer in charge and their people hunting days are over.
In the extended Promo, Nick is sitting and talking to Wil Traval, looking relaxed, holding the staff in the cabin. Nick tells him "You are not going to take my son." One of the spoilers says Nick and Z talk and Nick makes a bad decision. As Purity pointed out, many scenes happen at night and repeat during the day. The first time it happens Z might have sent it as a dream to Nick so he could have Kelly without a fight or Nick would get the heads up. Nick says no. The second time it happens it is not a dream but it may be not be the Wil Traval version of the wessen and any deaths would require the staff to undo it.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
