Another question… (maybe it is a plot hole but …) If 80% of the population are wesen, don’t you think the show should have more wesen in the police station as cops and detectives? If BC already has authority figures in other countries, why is BC worried about Portland mayor? I still think it is a too big objective to few resources…
Good questions. In response to why there aren't more wesen detectives or cops, I have to start with what information we're given. Nick is never shown bowling with the guys from work, or working on his house with the guys from work. He doesn't really even hang around with Hank. His only real true buddy is Monroe, and when it comes down to it, that was Monroe's doing. Nick would have never gone up to him and pestered him with questions. So Nick's a loner, in my estimation. As a loner, we're not going to see any other cops other than Hank, Wu and Sean. It's Nick's story, there's enough cops to keep the interest, and he has his wesen buddy, Monroe.
There have been comments about Nick's personality attributes. The ones that I recently recall is his calmness and he can sense a lie. I actually think many policemen can sense a lie. They deal with scummy people who know how to lie. After a while, they get a sixth sense about it.
I think what we've seen in Grimm is a rather unflattering portrayal of wesen reaction. You know, they are doing some criminal activity, Nick comes along and scares them, they woge, and it's "Argh.......you're a Grimm!" Then we have Monroe, who tells us that wesen are told stories about the big bad Grimms, so they somehow grow up with this natural fright of them. Which by the way, doesn't make a whole lot of sense, because Monroe, while he was cautious, never seemed very frightened of Nick at all.
How would police and detective wesen act around Nick? I think he'd have a much harder time getting them to woge and act all frightened of him. They are just as hardened as he is (maybe harder), just as calm, and know just as many tricks about the criminals they deal with. In answer to the question, I would say there are probably a lot of wesen cops and detectives and Nick can't clue into them because they know how to disguise their feelings. They have to. They deal with some real slime. A misstep and it can end in their death.

But… 80% of wesen doesn’t mean all wesen will buy the cause. See Monroe, Rosalee and friends for example. How much wesens do you think are supporting BC cause? We would have 20% humans, maybe 50% wesen fight pro-BC and 30% wesen fighting pro-Human (that is why I used 50 / 50 in the prior post). And a important note… BC is not fighting only against human, but against other wesen too (do you remember the council?).
I was thinking that we might want to narrow this down, to just Portland, and we'll go with the 80% wesen and 20% fully human ratio. You are correct, there are going to be wesen that are not going to be in favor of this annihilation of humans. But let's broaden the view to the entire city of Portland. There are more precincts than the one Nick works at. Let's say those precincts do not hire anyone who is not wesen. So all of the precincts except the one Nick is at consist of 100% wesen. Let's say just for further argument that these wesen are completely in favor of BC objectives. To add to it, let's say that at one point, they are going to be given a signal to act on those BC objectives.
Who's going to fight the police on this? There might be a few wesen who object, but in theory, those few are going to be weeded out. Any other wesen who have objections are no doubt going to remain prudently silent or get the heck out of Dodge. There's no room for their kind there any longer.

I don’t know how important Portland is for the US national politics… but I think this can be a long term plan. First Sean became mayor and then he gets higher positions… Governor, senator or maybe president… They must start somewhere. Mayor may have contacts with deputes and senators…
He's already in his 40s, so he's starting rather late on the campaign trail. However, the chief of police probably reports to the mayor. If the police departments consist of wesen who believe in BC objectives, this could work very well for BC.

He managed to become leader of the German, he was associated to Italy and to Japan… He managed to invade almost all Europe and almost got Russia. He manages to kill many Jews… But in the end he lost the war and killed himself. And the Jews won a new land. It is not only about starting the in a winning position… It is about keep winning the war until the end.
Talking again about BC… I can see they killing many humans… but when the power grows… there will start to exist internal betrayers… I mean… Imagine BC has US president, England Prime Minister, German Prime Minister, Russia president, Japan prime minister… In a first moment everyone works together to kill humans… When the humans were apparently all killed, don’t you think those leaders would start to fight between then to see who will be the biggest leader?
I won't go into a lot of details here because I don't know a lot about WWII and Hitler. American Heroes just had a four part series on Hitler from his roots to his suicide, and I wanted to watch it, but didn't get to it. I will say I have watched programs that state he was close to winning the war. More than that, I can't elaborate on. I'm hoping some of the WWII experts here can chime in with their knowledge on the subject.
