We still don't know what exactly happened to Juliette's body, and why Meisner is declining to tell Nick the full story. (People seem convinced Trubel was the same person who was being beaten/tortured in earlier episodes, but didn't it occur to anybody that place could have more than one cell?)
In every scene showing the detention cells, Chavez and Meisner are seen looking into or coming out of the cell at the very end of the hallway. And that is the cell Meisner lets Truble out of in E4.
