Hi Irukandji,
Regarding:
Therefore, Nick owned the house outright.
I agree, Juliette did not have "everything." She did have an education, a professional career and the lead character who loved her and proposed marriage. She threw all of those things away. She replaced them with hatred, betrayal, immorality and violence. She made it clear in 4.20:

Regarding:
Quote:Even her house all of the sudden became Nick's house. No one can figure out how that happened. As I have presented before, if the deed was "Joint Tenancy With Right of Survivorship" then Nick could not sell the house without Juliette's witnessed signature or a valid Death Certificate. Based on what information Grimm has provided, that would be impossible.

Quote:J: Do I look like I need anybody's help?A "backstory" is not needed to understand why Hexenette was hated and rejected. No civilized society would accept such behavior. She has no excuse. She is responsible for all her vile acts. The death of Hexenette in 4.22 was a proper consequence. Creating the Eve thing does not remove any guilt. Creating Eve is as foul and disgusting as all the despicable things she did. Eve deserves only scorn and contempt. I expect many this forum will agree. Others will go along with how "Intriguing" Eve is. Barf!
R?: No, Juliette! It's all we've got! [yelps] [glass shatters] [growls] [grunts] [gun clatters] [Monroe and Rosalee gasping]
J: When are you all gonna learn that I like who I am?
N: Well, we don't.
[hisses] Well, that's just too damn bad.
