Both Elizabeth and Henrietta implied that Adalind's spell produced unpredictable results and that Juliette as a hexenbiest was "different," and then there's the added complication of HW's mind conditioning and the effect of the stick. Her behavior definitely did not follow what the book said about hexenbiests being vindictive, mercurial and drawn to power.
Isn't interesting that when Nick and Juliette hear that the spell may have side effects, neither one of them pauses, and asks, "well what are they"? Even Rosalee and Monroe, who are assisting, have no curiosity about it. Adalind knew that if Nick became a Grimm again, Juliette would become a hexenbiest.
When Nick goes to Henrietta, he tells Henrietta he can destroy Juliette's hexenbiest with his blood. Henrietta basically tells him that he cannot as his blood is in Adalind, and because of what she did to Juliette, the blood of a Grimm cannot save her now.
Do you know what Adalind did to Juliette? Could Henrietta be talking about the cat scratch spell?
