Yet he killed Kenneth.
Thanks for pointing out the obvious!

What saw was Wu, remove his handcuffs and left him to his own accord before Nick popped out of the shadows and gave him every opportunity to kick his ass.
I also recall a scene when Hank and Wu were talking outside the warehouse discussing what they would do if Nick lost the fight. So for someone to make such a claim as Nick being a "psychotic killer", is proof of the name caller having no clue of the meaning of the term. nor the ability to see what actually occurred on the screen. I don't recall Kenneth being tied to a chair while Nick killed him. The vambrace was a nice touch and well deserved demise for Kenny Boy.
My other observation is this. If, if according to this name calling contributor, what Nick did to Kenneth is considered to be the actions of such a killer. Using the same standards, what does what Kenneth, Rispoli and company did to, Nick's mom Kelly and Nick's neighbors, make them?
Good description of what actually happened. Even when Nick had lost everything and was filled with rage and sought revenge, he gave Kenneth a chance to fight. Something Kelly never got. That tells you a lot about Nick’s “moral standards”. The claim that Nick was a “killer psychopath” can't even be taken seriously.
