This show isn't a shipper show but people ship whatever despite the writers' failure to write proper relationships. It's a monster of the week show, relationships are horribly written as a result. Monroe and Rosalee's relationship is the healthiest and best relationship and has held that title since they got together and that's because the show isn't about them so the writers couldn't ruin them. I have never got Nick and Juliette or believed in what the show told me about their love, something unintended by the horrible writing at the beginning of the show.
Nick and Adalind make even less sense. Perhaps the writers meant for them to be together but I doubt it. Now that they are/were together, I do mental gymnastics to buy them as a couple but they have chemistry, something I found lacking in Nick's relationship with Juliette.
I think the writers should have kept Nick single. Grimm are solitary beings, fostering relationships on them ties them down and more so when there are children involved.
