And there was much advancement in the way of explanation of the BC coming war. And clarification of Meisner's role in it; I thought he was still affiliated with the Resistance, and just working with the HW also. I will have to rewatch to piece together the whole overall meaning of this new information about the uprising because I'm slow on the uptake that way. I will probably post my two cents again because of that.
I thought Eve's room was surprisingly large and well accomodated to the sort of thing she has became. A definite war room look, with no frills that would indicate an attachment to the world of people. She was fed a kind of chicken gruel that reminded me of the sort of paste you'd feed a cyborg to maintain its outer human anatomical needs.
I'm fascinated with this storyline. But I have a complaint. I usually don't have time to follow any more than two or three threads. But I twisted my ankle yesterday and was temporarily chair bound and started to read some of the most recent postings. As a result I was let in on some of last night's information about the episode before I saw it. I go out of my way not to read any spoiler threads because I don't want to know in advance. Please be careful to not give anything away without going to the proper place or using spoiler brackets. I've used both of the terms 'Eve' and 'Black Claw' thinking I missed something in previous episodes about the names. Looking back, I see that was not the case. And in the interest of fairness, I hereby promise to try harder to keep to the subject of the thread (I realize I'm wandering off this one by registering this complaint ), in exchange for serious consideration of my request to be careful about spoilers.
One thing I've picked up on in this episode is that Hank appears to be internally questioning his role in maintaining a complete subterfuge about the existence of the two Grimm worlds - the outer human surface world and its underlying wesen counterpart. In the sense of being able to balance them both and keep going. Could be wrong, but it's the second time I've noticed what seems to be his hesitance and possible stress response this season.
Speakeasy, I too liked this episode. Many questions were finally answered: what happened to Nick's mom; Meisner's role; Eve's role; there was an actual case solved like the good old days; more about Black Claw. Glad to see Trubel.
See adds so much to the show. Glad not to have seen Adalind. I think it would be ludicrous for a romance to
develop between her and Nick, baby or no baby. I do have some questions though. Who has Diana? What's going
on with the Royals? And more.
I am somewhat new on this site. Could you help me out by telling me how to start a discussion on a new topic?
Many thanks.
