Not suggesting you need a biblical point in your outline. The reference to Lilith & Eve was used because:
I’m assuming the writers didn’t arbitrarily come up with Eve, but rather are using the biblical symbolism, as in, Eve was the first woman. From there, I suggested that the history of Lilith better correlates with the events of the Juliette/Hexenbiest/Eve arc on the show.
Shunned by Adam because she refused to conform to his ‘ideal wife’, Lilith lashed out. Nick shunned Juliette the Hexenbiest, and Juliette lashed out.
Lilith betrayed Adam with Samael. Juliette betrayed Nick with Kenneth.
Lilith left Adam/Eden. Juliette left Nick/their home & their friends.
In folklore, there are stories of Lilith stealing children. Juliette stole Adalind’s child.

It was to happen centuries ago but didn't because Eve was betrayed by her other 11 hexens. The plan was losted in time.
As you said, the original plan depended on the other Hexenbiests fulfilling their part. They didn’t. So Eve either has to find a way to influence events & people from her tomb or depend on fate/happenstance.
All the events on the show, from Adalind using the spell on Nick to take his powers to Juliette using the spell to reverse the effect are happenstance when viewed independently. But in your outline, when these happenstance events come together in the right order and timeframe, they brought Eve’s plan to fruition.
If Adalind hadn’t performed the spell, or if it hadn’t worked and Nick didn’t lose his Grimm powers, then Juliette wouldn’t have a reason to participate in the spell.
Happenstance events could work. But happenstance or not, there has to be a catalyst, a reason or a chain of events for a human female to chose to participate in that specific spell using that specific hat.
