The move is for those wesen that have always been victims to fight back. The twist is the movement is being corrupted by the powers that be for political gain.
Not that particular Klaustreich. It was her boyfriend and his buddies who were doing it--she tried to talk them out of it, but they wouldn't listen. She hadn't done anything to the Reinegen; it was guilt by association.
