Would it be more of a domestic abuse situation, since he also tried to kill her? I don't really see her being able to get off for self-defense because at one point, he was down and all she would have had to do was escape.
There is no doubt that Nick would be called upon to testify and probably Adalind too since she spent a time with Kenneth immediately prior to Kelly's murder. Could Nick and Adalind be considered accessories in Kelly's death as well? If we're judging Juliette by what she knew, wouldn't they also be subject to the same judgment?
