No, it's not. There used to be a show on television where people hired a consultant to help them purchase a new rv. They had a 16 foot Airstream which sold for $92,000.00. The two women who looked at it bought the rv. In 2035, $200K for an Airstream and an additional $50k to #100k to refurbish it would not be out of the extreme at all.
