Hmm, so, Robyn, are you saying the kidnapping, possibly, also saved Adalind’s life from the Royals?
We can’t know whether Adalind would have persevered while on the run with a child or folded under the constant pressure as Kelly assumed after spending a few minutes with her. But we do know that despite Kelly’s insistence she was the only one capable of protecting Diana, she failed miserably to keep Diana safe and away from the Royals. And we know that despite Kelly’s insistence that she could teach Diana to be a force for good, it was actually Adalind who taught Diana to temper her emotions & desires and use of her powers.
