Summary:
Women are clearly capable of doing well in STEM fields traditionally dominated by men they just concentrated more in fields related to living things like a vet.
Women should not be shamed for pursuing careers in STEM but we also should not be ashamed if our STEM field interests differ from men’s.
If women want more monetary compensation they should ask their employer for it and not be afraid
