Meisner knew Sean did him a favor by doing it. The one think Meisner and Renard have in common they are not the saying I'm sorry kind of person. They both would do what ever is needed for their goal. Meisner would know this so IMO we need to look at this thread to see Renard total past to get a feel for the why of Meisner ghost.(02-05-2017, 06:41 AM)jsgrimm45 Wrote: We need this thread to get a feel for where and why Renard is heading. I think all answers will be answered in the next episode
I think what is happening to Renard is guilt, but with a little supernatural thrown in.. I believe Miesner came back to save Renard, I also believe Miesner knew Renard would be a tough nut to crack.to admit he was wrong..as he told Miesner He does not do sorry very well...and Miesner said : Why am I not shocked..this prove what I was saying that Miesner wants Renard to admit his guilt, admit he was wrong, admit his actions could have prevented him to kill him if he was on the right side of history...
Renard will break down and admit his guilt and his aguish losing Miesner...this will start his redemption , which he will need going forward
Like this after season 1 Nick and Renard worked together often, Sean even covered for Nick so in seasons 2 to 4 and the start of season 5 Renard was different person not yet a scoobie but close. So we know Sean can have a decent side, BC ended that side, is Meisner trying to point to his better angels?
It take a lot of energy for Meisner to do to Renard..he is making him finally feel something..Renard grew up on the run, his father did not stop his stepmom to having him kill and his mother killed as he grew up so did that wall . Having feelings is weakness , saying sorry is a weakness..........Miesner knows Renard better than anyone knows this...the mer mention ,Sean admitting , that he does not do Sorry very well proves to me ..that this is what Miesner came back for and he is finally almost through that protective barrier that makes Renard an authority figure/leader, a great speaker etc, etc. once that wall comes tumbling down..it will help not only Renard to heal, but to help him be redeemed by the scoobies...it takes a big man to admit he's wrong...in this case Miesner has taken Renard near insanity to make Renard realize that
