I think I can see where BC is going to try to go with this. Convince Nick that he and Adalind should both come over, because grimms and wesen have something in common, a mutual history of being used against each other by the royals, and even without royals it'll always be that way unless they join forces. Then they can be together with Kelly while Adalind just pretends to be with Sean for the election. Because Sean and Adalind don't actually have any real feeling for each other and are only connected by their daughter.
The problem with this is, I don't see Nick deciding to side with BC against HW based on who treats him better. If how he was rewarded for his service and loyalty was that important to him, would he be a cop in the first place? He will go with whichever side he sees as the "good guys."
Which does not necessarily preclude the possibility of Nick pretending to be won over, of course.
