Diana changed that as Adalind finally had someone in her life to love and who loved her. Then she lost Diana and was reduced to a pawn for the Royals. Kelly gave Adalind her purpose back and made her want to be a better person and mother. Adalind is a bit more reserved now as we finally get to see a different side to her. Viewers learned that her father left when she was four I think it was, that she was on her own a lot needing to learn to cook for herself, and that the possibility of going back to work appeals to her. We also learned that she fears being a hexenbeist again. During her first pregnancy all she wanted was to have it back and now all she wants is to remain suppressed. We are also seeing her build a friendship with Rosalee and try to build something with Trubel for Nick's sake. And for the first time she is building something healthy with Nick. I think that Adalind has really grown since the middle of season four until now. There is only so much airtime for everyone so I am enjoying seeing a softer side of Adalind before everything goes crazy.
Yeah, I see what you mean here. Unlike some fans, I don't think Adalind turns evil again. She is a real mother now. There is an old cliche that becoming a parent changes your whole perspective of life. It's a cliche because it is very often true.
I can see her becoming one of the good guys. Even if she gets her hexenbitch powers back. Bound and determined not to be the kind of b%^&h her own mother was!
