To my way of thinking, there never was a trust between either of these two men, nor was there ever a friendship. In my opinion, if Nick felt betrayed or whatever, it was purely selfish.
From a work ethics and a North American perspective, one should never be friends with their boss to begin with. Nick should have been on his guard when Renard offered the olive branch of letting him do whatever he wanted on the job as a Grimm.
Thank you irukandji. Anyway I thought it was important to clarify my opinion about that.
I agree with you that Nick shouldn't trust Sean in the first place. Actually I think Juliette shouldn't have trust him too. But we have the reverse potion. Should they have trusted Elizabeth to make the reverse potion? I never thought Sean was trustable. That is a good debate I think.
But in a more general way, ethically speaking as Nick's boss Sean shouldn't have accepted Juliette at his home. Should him?
