The thing is, I, a non-blutbad, can throw a sleazy toad-eating lawyer across the room (though, it would look a lot less pretty compared to Monroe doing it with television magic/editing/special effects). However, ripping someone's arm off, especially with the ease that Monroe performed the feat, requires a whole lot more than that.
When someone flies through the air after getting shot or punched, that's just "movie magic" and happens all the time. With the lawyer, Monroe wasn't doing anything that Hank could not have done. I can't remember the last time (minus this episode) when someone ripped off someone's arm though. The thing is, if you yanks someone's arm, the rest of their body usually comes with them. That's why it would require a huge amount of strength to actually remove the arm.
