Just an observation here. The thing I think is really interesting about Nick is his outlook on Juliette.
Before Juliette ever revealed herself to him, Nick viewed her as Juliette, as human. Yet she was just as much the hexenbiest from the first time she woged in front of the mirror until the time she woged in front of him.
But when she woged for him for the first time, I don't believe he ever saw her as human again. To him, she was a hexenbiest. The only "cure" so to speak, was to "fix" her back to being human. He sees no in between, no happy medium where she can be a hexenbiest and still be in his life.
I've always felt Nick had a rather prejudiced outlook on wesen, period. He believes he's somehow better than them because he's a Grimm.
