This time it is only Nick that initiating the embrace. I am wondering if how they left it has something to do with her response. For one Nick went to rescue Eve. Second Adalind and Sean are working together while Nick is gone. And last Adalind learns there is a lot the Nick had not told her. It would be just to convenient for Nick to return and now they are in each other arms saying how they love each other. There has to be conflict. In Grimm there is not such thing as a smooth relationship. Look at Rosale and Monroe wedding. One thing after another happened that day.
You know it seems like Nick is starting to be the one initiating more and more like at the hotel and when he came to see her at the mansion he seems to be taking on that role I think that when Eve told him he loved Adalind something changed and I feel he finally felt it was OK to be with her and have legitimate feelings for her
