I love Theresa as the new character but I dislike the "Trubel " call - Sir_Cala - 05-10-2014

by Nick ...every time she spontaneously does something and doesn't follow Nick's suggestion/guidance.

Is it me or is the nickname overused way too much?

I totally agree with everyone her character will be a breath of fresh air for the series.

Welcome to the forum Sir_Cala!... I do agree the name is overused... But I don't see it as a major problem

Welcome to the forum! Smile

I don't think Nick's calling her Trubel only when he's angry with her. She introduced herself as "Trubel" to Josh too. I think she has accepted Trubel as her name for some time now.
It's a perfect name to express I-am-neither-helpless-nor-cute Big Grin.

@Sir_Cala -- Welcome to the forum.

Trubel is a favorite with me too. Smile As far as the nickname goes, I figure she's more comfortable hearing that than she is with her legal name. One day she might be ready for people to call her Theresa, but not yet. And I think a lot of it has to do with Gretel's suggestion -- Trubel is more like her real name these days, and it technically is: "Theresa Rubel" is her actual name. T. Rubel.
