With The Flash away, the Rogues will play.

Britne Oldford will reprise her role as villainous metahuman Peek-a-Boo in the season 4 premiere of The Flash, EW has learned exclusively.

Details on what brings Peek-a-Boo back into the fold are being kept under wraps, but the character, otherwise known as Shawna Baez, first appeared in season 1. After using her teleportation powers to rob an armored truck, Peek-a-Boo was imprisoned in the Pipeline but later broken out by Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Golden Glider (Peyton List). The character also appeared in the Flash web series The Chronicles of Cisco.

When The Flash returns, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) is still trapped in the Speed Force, leaving Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) as the only Flash in Central City. Learn more about what’s in store for next season here.

Oldford’s credits also include Skins, American Horror Story, and The Path.

The Flash will return Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW. Expect more news to come out next week when the cast and creative minds head to Comic-Con.

I'm dying here! Well played, Sir. Well played.

This has the potential to be a great thread when the new season starts. We could talk about how Barry is constantly ignoring his forensic duties and contaminating evidence.

As for Joe, I sometimes forget he's a cop. I mean he's always assisting a vigilante. What's up with that? Do your damn job!

Personally, I'm more worried about Iris. I have to wonder about her journalistic integrity sometimes. I feel like she's too close to the story occasionally and I think this may hurt her when she becomes established. She's picking up some bad habits before her career even gets started.

OMG, Iris. Sometimes I see her cute face when I am laying down a log wet kiss on the wife. Shhhh… don’t tell her.
