Mary: Celebea.com thinks David & Bitise are in Portland to make S7 instead of live there.

The final season of "Grimm" might be done but fans are still hoping that this isn't the end for Nick Burkhardt and the Scooby Gang. There are speculations that a spinoff series might be in the works since Season 6 concluded with the grown up Kelly and Diana setting out to hunt monsters. So is it possible that David Giuntoli will reunite with his "Grimm" costar Claire Coffee to help train their TV children for the future? Bitsie Tulloch's fiance has been spotted in Portland where he might be starting work on a spinoff show.

he cancellation of "Grimm" was announced last year, causing instant fan ire across the globe. Some fans even went as far as starting an online petition begging for the renewal of the NBC series. Although the network doesn't appear to have any plans for Season 7. CeleBeat has previously reported on the show's executive producers teasing on a possible spinoff series. Is David Giuntoli currently in Portland to begin work on a "Grimm" spinoff with Claire Coffee? Will Nick Burkhardt and Adalind Schade reunite to train their children?

The "Grimm" fan site Grimm International recently shared a photo of David Giuntoli with a fan (via Twitter). According to the post, the picture was taken in Portland, where "Grimm" has been shot for six seasons. This immediately led to speculations that Giuntoli is still in the city to film for a possible "Grimm" spinoff series. People were instantly excited for the possibility that Giuntoli and his costars will still return to continue Nick Burkhardt's story.

The final season of "Grimm" is already finished but a lot of fans are still hoping that this not the final time to bid farewell to Nick Burkhardt and his Scooby gang. Luckily, there are recent reports pointing out to a spinoff of the series since "Grimm" Season 6 featured a grown-up Diana and Kelly setting up to hunt down monsters.

Rumors conclude that David Giuntoli will reunite with Claire Coffee in the spinoff to help train their children in the future. Speculations were even more justified when Giuntoli was spotted in Portland, the setting of the shooting of "Grimm" for six seasons and possibly, the spinoff series. A fan of the "Grimm" series even posted a picture together with Giuntoli taken in Portland via Twitter.

After "Grimm" was canceled last year, the producers teased a possible spinoff series during their interview with Entertainment Weekly. The producers confessed that they are thinking of putting Theresa Rubel as the lead role. The spinoff series, per the "Grimm" producers might start discussing the character's lives two decades after the death of the Destroyer.

During the same interview, a possibility of having a comic book for the fan-favorite series, is also hinted. If the expected spinoff series will not push through, a comic book version of the series will be a big consolation for all the waiting fans.

It's a great tableau for the field. Telling a story without a budget. David and I tend to think in terms of television and movies.
Screenwriter David Greenwalt, during his interview with Oregon Live, also shared his idea of producing another series which will feature some characters from the "Grimm" with their own adventure. However, there is no confirmation of the subject yet.

Even if NBC is still not confirming the "Grimm" spinoff series nor the comic book, fans are already keeping their fingers crossed for Giuntoli to reprise his role as Nick Burkhardt.

Mary: More claims of Grimm spin off without evidence.

Grimm creators, David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf, have hinted about series renewal and teased that lead cast members David Giuntoli and Bitsie Tulloch could be back on screens as Nick Burkhardt and Juliette Silverton in season 7.
The universal appeal and immense popularity of the supernatural police procedural series definitely makes it a household name in the television drama circuit. The show already has a heavy backing from its fans and it is sure to garner descent viewership ratings.
But the crime thriller was abruptly cancelled by NBC after season 6 and the last season only had 13 episodes. Since the final episodes kept the viewers clued to the screens with its unexpected plot twists, the viewers are urging for more episodes from the creators.

So the cast and crew seem to be very optimistic about Grimm being picked up by any other network. Even the fans are anxiously waiting for TNT or Netflix to make an official announcement about the premiere date for season 7.
The next instalment of supernatural police procedural drama series could be already under development, as the executive producers revealed that they are open to all options and indicated about a possible storyline for the new season.

"We just leave all our options open. You just never know," said Kouf, adding, "If somebody wants to broadcast it, then we could see it."
Expaining further, Greenwalt revealed that Nick and Juliette will continue to fight against the evil characters. "That's what we want the audience to believe and grab hold of," he said and Kouf added, "The fight continues. Their mission in life is to fight evil." (via LA Times).
The creators of Grimm also talked about the characters they could not explore in the final season. "We missed Butt Crack Bud! We wanted to get him in there somehow. The refrigerator repair man who did such a wonderful arc in the whole show, but there was just no time. And a couple other type of characters that we could've done more [with]," Greenwalt told Deadline.
Meanwhile, Kouf also hinted that the supernatural series could air during the weekends if it gets picked up by any network. "Our audience doubled over the weekend usually within the first seven days. A lot of people recorded it. That's the way TV is watched now. Nobody has to be home watching when it's on. The audience is finding shows in different ways now," Oregonlive quoted him.

If there was going to be a spinoff, we should have heard something by now, especially with pilot season so near. I do think there's a good chance of the Grimm universe being expanded in the future, the question is when and whether it will be a continuation of the Nick Burkhardt family legacy through Kelly or not.

There's so much potential for a spinoff. Exploring Kelly's abilities and his unique heritage, showing how Diana handles her powers, and seeing Monroe and Rosalie's triplets is worthy of a series of its own.

Remember David and Bitsie after they got married bought a house in Los Angeles. But during their tour they admitted they would be keeping the Portland house. They both have side they both love the Portland area. If they where seen in Portland it may mean they have some down time and decided to go to their Portland home.

Until we hear that Greenwalt and Kouf have started writing. There will be no hope of a spinoff. But I hope for a spinoff, with enough interest made we will her that Greenwalt is working on an idea. As for David and Bitsie listening to their interview at theMedieval Fantasy Convention in Germany. It sounded like they enjoyed working on Grimm but they are ready to do something else. That is not saying that if Greenwalt and Kouf asked I believe they would participate in a spin off. most likely to setup the continuity. But would want the day to day to feature someone else.
