Grimm is/was a show about magic and magical beings. It is not/was not bound by any realities we would expect in a documentary on PBS. The stick could do unreal things. Z lived in some sort of hell world. People could jump back and forth from this world to another. Witches able to seduce and kill using potions and magical spells. People who are not people, but half human half animal. The list goes on. If it makes you feel better trying to "explain" all this in a real world setting, knock yourself out. I just enjoyed the unreality of it all.

Just to start more trouble, I'd like to add that all things are possible if one agrees that time and space can be the same thing depending on the velocity of one to the other.
