She's not poor she's homeless with no means of support. That is according to the recent comments I've read.

She was homeless the day she told Nick about Kelly. When she had Diana, she was with Renard until she was moved for safety reasons. Renard wanted to keep Adalind and the baby with him.

But either way, that's not an excuse to kidnap a child. That's a reason to help a mother and newborn out.

She apparently was homeless when she went to Austria to get Diana. She was still homeless when she flew back home to sleep with Nick. Still homeless, she flew back to Austria to report mission accomplished. She had no way of caring for either child, but insists on keeping both of them. That's nuts.

If they hadn't kidnapped Diana, she wouldn't have been homeless. She left Renard because he helped take Diana away. Again, if they didn't kidnap Diana, she wouldn't have gone to Austria.

Apparently she didn't have a home when she returned to America with Kelly. Otherwise she wouldn't have been staying with Nick.

Then why would she want her child back?

She ran out of money looking for her child and is not thinking about the future.

I agree with you she had already lost her apartment for months.

That is Adalind. That is why she needed someone in her life to help her.

First, Adalind was at Monroe's when contacted Victor. She didn't go to Austria and come back. Victor told her to take Nick's grimm away and then she could come back. She did it and then went to Austria.

No, she didn't have a home when she went with Kelly and that's because she had no plan to go back to Portland. Going with Kelly wasn't planned because leaving the Royals wasn't planned. They were suppose to go to South America with Kelly but ended up going to Portland. She went to Nick's because Kelly thought it was safest and Adalind got scared and went to Renard. Renard said they would stay with him.

Out of curiosity, did you watch the episodes?

You're not one bit curious if I watched the episode or not. It was a snarky question. You can admit it.

Now are you saying Adalind had a residence somewhere in all of this or was she homeless?

Then she was completely homeless, right?

No, I'm honestly curious because of your line of questions. No snark intended.
