Diana can hold the stick without any problems, so it's not a Grimm thing.
I think this is the last time we see Eve woge, if her hexenbiest is the "important" thing that gets left behind. Or maybe it's Nick's Grimm, anything is possible at this stage.

So what I put together they decided one will go in and get Nick and Eve..they told Wu . Hank and Rosalee..what they did not do which one would go Sean or Adalind till they made the decision Adalind would go...then you see Wu, Hank and Rosalee find the part where Nick is the key...Diana goes to the mirror and well we know the rest...
What I do not understand why Eve can't move ?? she did not even try to stop Zersteerer going in the mirror..but we know she got out???? I also wonder if the wesens in the other place would try to go through, maybe nut they would be to scared since they do not know what it is

In the preview Adalind says she's the only one who can go in and Sean suggests that maybe she can open the mirror and he can go in instead of her. Then Diana opens the mirror. On the other side, Zerstörer uses his staff to knock Eve down and force Nick toward the opening, Eve gets up and manages to get to Nick just in time to be thrown into the opening with him. Then Zerstörer follows them in.

I also noticed, Nick calls her Eve and not Juliette. I guess realising the reality has dawned on Nick finally.
You can see Zerstorer is simply toying with them knowing the other side will open the portal to let them in for his plan to work.
& thats one powerful staff, he doesn't hit them with it, it knocks them down without touching them. Kinda reminds me of Gandalf swinging his staff around.

So is Eve completely powerless. All of season 6 she has not once showed she still has abilities. Now with it saying something will be left behind. Looks like season 5 will be the last we will see of the powerful Eve.
Here is the part that I find confusing. The promo shows Zerstorer coming through a different mirror then the one Diana opened. How is that going to work.

I think when the mirror shattered in Monroe's home after Nick and Eve went through, that portal closed, hence opening another portal for him to go through.

This is not the first time Sean has been willing to sacrifice. He forced Adalind's mother to help cure Juliette. He then took the purification potion at great pain.
