Grimm Season 6 Spoilers: Will Nick and Adalind Get a Happy Reunion
the answer is
Ummm...perhaps. However, Diana may not like the idea of that reunion.

Question will Diana be against Nick or just for Renard? Diana says she likes her brother and she knows Kelly is Nick's son and she has seen Adalind loves Nick so would she harm Nick or just be willing to help Sean?

I think she'll want to help Sean but won't want to hurt mommy and that's not counting the two Kelly's in her life and their relationship with Nick. Diana's at a crossroad of sorts, will she override her instinct to force things into what she wants or will she learn to bite it and let the grown ups deal with one another? I don't think she's sensible enough to stay neutral but I don't see her being an active obstacle to Nick and Adalind, at least not at the end when more pressing matters will force everyone to work together.

We don’t really know how Diana is going to play out as the season progresses. Her expression while Nick & Adalind were hugging - was it a little girl angry that mommy was hugging someone other than daddy or a powerful entity angry that her ultimate plans were being compromised?

How much does Diana understand the concept of love, or even care about such things? If she loves Adalind as a child loves her mother, it didn’t prevent her from tormenting Adalind into joining her and Renard. She wanted Adalind with them, and seemed willing to do whatever was necessary to get her there. At that point in S5, it's reasonable to assume that Diana would have killed Nick if he stood in the way of Adalind leaving.
